By using Sing B1 you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Sing B1 and its content for your own language learning.

Purchases and refunds

Sing B1 is a one-time purchase that unlocks the catalog. There is no subscription. If you reinstall or change devices, use Restore Purchase to regain access through your app store account. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play rather than by us.

Acceptable use

The songs, lyrics, and audio are for your personal use. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell the content.

Educational aid

Sing B1 is a study aid built around memory cues and is not a guarantee of exam results or a comprehensive curriculum.

Disclaimer

The app and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
