Restoring your purchase

If you reinstall Sing B1 or move to a new phone or tablet, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Every language you've bought comes back. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.

Buying another language

Each language is a separate one-time purchase. Open Settings, then Language, to switch languages or unlock a new one.

Previews

Sing B1 is free to download. Before you buy, every song plays a 20-second preview. Buying a language unlocks its full songs.

Listening offline

Download songs to listen without a connection. To see what's saved on your device, or to free up space, open Settings, then Downloaded songs.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone or iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund help.

Anonymous usage data

Sharing anonymous usage data is off unless you turn it on. You can change it anytime in Settings under Help improve Sing B1. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

Sing B1 is a memorization tool, not a substitute for a course. Please double-check pronunciation and accuracy as you learn.
